An accidental entrepreneur

For my entire career, I've been the person people tap on the shoulder to solve the messy, cross-functional problems nobody else wants to own. Give me a mess and I'll find the fix. I never set out to be a founder; I just kept getting handed the hard problems, and kept solving them.

But along the way, all those annoying things that eat up five minutes here, ten minutes there, over and over again — they kept eating at me.

Getting a group of people together is one of them. People are looking months out for something they said was really important. They're never getting together because the thread got lost in a random chat somewhere. Messy lives get in the way. So I built slotteo to make it easier to actually get that hug. We need more hugs.

Our mission

Our mission is to remain free for users for as long as we can sustainably do so. We do this by asking the community to pitch in when they can — to support our cause of solving annoying problems, not building evil empires, and to help cover the costs of delivering this service to everyone.

Our vision

Our vision is a world where technology supports human connection, rather than being a replacement or a distraction from it. Our minds, our spirits, and our relationships with each other and our planet are our reason for existing — and we need to stop hiding behind screens because it feels easier.
