Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of slotteo.com, operated by Ten Winds Enterprises, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Slotteo," "we," "us"). By creating a slotte, responding to one, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Slotteo.

What Slotteo is

Slotteo is a modern way to connect and reconnect. We're a small, independently operated service.

Accounts

You need an account (email magic link or Google Sign-In) to create a slotte as an organizer. You don't need one to respond to a slotte someone sends you. You're responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email or Google account secure, since that's how we verify it's you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Slotteo to:

• Send invites to people who haven't agreed to hear from you (no cold outreach or marketing lists) — a slotte is meant for people you already know and are trying to schedule with.
• Send unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content in a slotte's title, description, or comments.
• Attempt to access another organizer's slotte data, or probe, scan, or interfere with the service's security.
• Use the service to violate any applicable law.

We can remove content or suspend access for accounts that violate this section, and we reserve the right to remove a comment or slotte that violates it without notice.

Not for business or marketing use

Slotteo is built for personal use — coordinating with friends, family, and people who already know you, not as a business tool. It isn't intended to be used as a customer relationship platform, a marketing or outreach tool, or a way to reach people who haven't already opted into hearing from you or your organization.

If you're a company or organization looking for scheduling-and-broadcast functionality like Slotteo's for business purposes — client outreach, lead generation, marketing campaigns, or anything resembling commercial use at scale — Slotteo isn't the right fit, and using it that way isn't permitted under these terms. There are dedicated platforms built and priced for that use case; please use one of those instead of relying on a free personal tool for commercial activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is being used for business or enterprise purposes rather than personal scheduling.

Text messages and email

If you're an organizer, Slotteo can send text and email invites and reminders to the contacts you provide, on your behalf. You're responsible for only inviting people you have a real relationship with and a reasonable basis to contact — this isn't a marketing tool. Every text we send includes a way to reply STOP to opt out of future messages about that slotte. Message and data rates may apply.

Connecting Google Calendar

Connecting your Google Calendar is always optional. It grants Slotteo read-only access to your free/busy status so we can suggest or verify times — we never see event details, and we never create, edit, or delete anything on your calendar. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings or from Google's own connected apps page.

Tips

Slotteo is free to use. If you choose to leave a tip, it's a one-time, voluntary payment processed by our payment provider, not a subscription or a purchase of any specific feature. Tips are generally non-refundable, though we'll always work with you in good faith if something went wrong on our end (a duplicate charge, a processing error).

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write into Slotteo — slotte titles, descriptions, comments. By posting it, you give us the license we need to store, display, and transmit it as part of running the service (for example, showing your comment to other invitees, or including your slotte's details in a confirmation email). The private contacts list Slotteo builds for you as an organizer (see Privacy Policy) is also yours — we never share it with anyone else, including other organizers or the people on it.

Third-party services

Slotteo relies on Google (for calendar features) and a handful of other infrastructure, payment, and communications providers to operate. We aren't responsible for outages or issues originating from those providers, though we'll do our best to work around them.

Disclaimer of warranties

Slotteo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calendar recommendations will always be accurate — always double-check a confirmed time before making plans around it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ten Winds Enterprises, LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Slotteo. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you've paid us (i.e., tips) in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using Slotteo and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, or discontinue the service entirely with reasonable notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Slotteo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
